The Partnerships teams is concerned with connecting Tulip Ventures with relevant ecosystem players. This includes building new relationships and maintaining existing ones in a professional and nurturing manner.

Goals

• Establishing Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with startups, VCs, incubators, and other relevant entities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Develop strategies to expand the network of partners and continuously improve the quality and impact of partnerships.
• Maintaining Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit. Regularly assess the success of partnerships, track deliverables, and report outcomes to the board and other stakeholders.
• Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify and secure sponsorships from companies or organizations to support events, activities, or the general operations of Tulip Ventures.
• Event Collaboration: Work with partners to co-host or sponsor events, workshops, or other activities that align with Tulip Ventures' mission.
